What vodka doesn't cure

Two things I'd like to post about today. Both non-fashion related for once.

Firstly.. Fitness! I have been getting really into my fitness this last few months. I've been going to the gym, 2-3 times a week, hiking weekly and playing the odd game of tennis every now and then. I'm loving it so much. I never was the sporty type before so it's good to feel fit for once in my life. I just invested in these beautiful Nike Air Max runners, they make running so exciting. Okay so I lied a little about the non-fashion thing a little bit. I do like to put together my gym outfits too haha.

As you can see, I have lost a bit of weight and toned up really well. Above on the left is me in August 2012, before I got into my fitness and then above on the right is me 3 months later in November 2012! So proud of that effort. My stomach was so ripped! Below was taken last week, unfortunately over summer being so hot and all I have lagged a little bit so my stomach is not as ripped right now, but no doubt I'll get it perfect again :) I am a lot more tanned compared to November however!

Now I'd just like to say, I was never unhappy with my body or my weight. I started working out to be fit and healthy, but along the way I lost 6 kilo's.

Secondly, I've been painting mushrooms fungi lately, just thought I'd share. Haha

I've been exercising more consistently this year too though, and I'm hoping I'll get results like you. Whats your routine?
